Villa Mare is a newly constructed waterfront residence offering privacy, scale, and direct access to Biscayne Bay. Privately situated, the home rests on a 9,700 SF lot with 93 feet of open-bay frontage and expansive bay and downtown skyline views.

The residence spans 9,478 SF of total building area, including 7,065 SF under air and 1,180 SF of terraces designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling glass and full-height understory detailing define the interiors, framing water views throughout and allowing natural light to remain the focal point. A new seawall and 90+ feet of dockage provide immediate boating access and effortless connection to the bay.

The layout includes 5 bedrooms plus a dedicated office and 5.5 bathrooms, served by a private elevator. Interior spaces feature custom millwork, a chef’s kitchen with wine refrigeration, and a refined neutral palette with natural stone finishes. A Raymond Jungles designed landscape enhances privacy and creates a serene bayfront setting. Three covered parking spaces complete the residence.

Villa Mare is part of Prescott Estates, a collection of five ultra-private villas conceived as a landmark reborn. The enclave merges architectural heritage with the clean sophistication of Miami’s mid-century modern design, setting a new standard for the next generation of luxury living.
